Assistant Accountant - Permanent - Mobile Telecoms - Berkshire To provide assistance in all aspect of financial accounting and reporting working under supervision of an Financial Accountant The company is offering a 3yr finance/accountancy training programme (ACCA/CIMA) to the successful candidate. Role: Assistance with monthly management account preparation Assistance with statutory account preparation Assistance with audit and compliance queries Assistance with administration and maintenance of ERP systems (IFS) Assistance with monthly nominal account reviews Assistance with VAT accounting and reporting Assistance with various ONS reporting requirements Assistance with cash flow forecasting and reporting Assistance with payment processing and bank account reconciliations Provide ad-hoc cover to accounts payable and accounts receivable Assistance various ad-hoc queries and projects Essential Skills: Applicants must have: MUST have a degree in any subject with minimum pass rate of 2:2 or above MUST have at least one A grade at A level and one of the subjects must be Maths or Science with a high grade Ability to demonstrate a keen interest to pursue a career in Finance and complete the course (ACCA/CIMA) Excellent communication skills Project People is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
