Our client a FTSE 100 global IT Solutions provider are now looking for a Commercial Financial Analyst to join a dynamic, highly driven team. Reporting to the Finance Manager you will work very closely with the sales team to track and report sales performance in order to calculate current and future commission payments, formulate commission targets, ensure you respond to all commission and income queries, implementing processes to reduce risk of error, work with sales reporting and data analytics to improve month end sales performance. You will prepare and analyse sales commissions across the group, highlighting any variances, work with the Sales Director to prepare operational analysis, reporting on trends, develop and update systems, develop annual sales targets and build partnerships with stakeholders across the group. The ideal person will be a graduate with a least 12 months experience analysing commissions or billings. Strong Excel skills and experience of SQL.
