I am currently recruiting on behalf of well established client based in the Hanwell area, they are looking for a permanent Credit Control manager paying £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm. The role will consist of, Review applications for new accounts using appropriate external means of enquiry Review applications for increased credit limits and recommended courses of action Pro actively review credit limites and recommend a course of action Liase with branch managers and directors on all aspects of the operation Estblish relationships with major customers to ensure a smooth operation of their accounts Issue standard reminder letters for overdue accounts Liase with branch managers to ensure timely recovery action for seriously overdue accounts Management of the litigation process from issue of proceedings, answering defendants' responses and counterclaims, obtaining and enforcing judgement, recovery of costs and interest and liaison with third parties e.g. bailiffs where necessary. Maintain facilities with appropriate service organisations and Court Services to ensure that the company is able to address collection and litigation issues promptly and effectively when they arise. Opening new accounts Chasing overdue accounts and reviewing credit limits Put accounts on stop and removing accounts from stop Reconciling and allocating payment received Ensuring sending out monthly statements Other ad hoc projects and analysis as and when required The ideal candidate will need, Strong background in credit control Be able to manage workload whilst managing a team of 1 Strong customer service skills Someone who pays attention to detail Strong IT Skills Ability to build professional relationships Please apply today for immediate consideration.
