Permanent opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a small, friendly Accounts Team based near Chesterfield with excellent transport links Taking ownership of the Purchase Ledger function, responsibilities will include: - Ensure the timely processing of all invoices and credit notes - Ensure all invoices and credit notes are entered, addresses and coded correctly - Ensure all queries are resolved - Reconcile supplier accounts on a monthly basis - Dealing with the post and invoices email box on a rota basis - All other duties or tasks as requested by your line manager The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Purchase Ledge role, preferably in a standalone capacity. You will have a flexible approach to work and be an active and willing participant in a small team. You will have excellent IT skills, specifically in Excel and will be able to communicate clearly.
