I am searching for a Financial Controller for a private equity backed company in the Hospitality sector. You will be expected to look after the B2B part of the business. You will oversee a team responsible for reporting, consolidation, bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasts. You will need to have a commercial input within a growing private equity backed business. You must business partner to help drive growth for the company. The company are looking to grow on a buy and build model and need a financial controller to scale the business. There is great potential to scale the business across the UK, Ireland and US. You will report to a friendly and charismatic Group Financial Controller that is approachable and has a proven track record in growing the turnover of businesses. This is a great opportunity to get involved with a growing company. This role requires you to oversee a shared service centre, which consists of multiple accountants. You will be required business partner to help grow profit in the business. Responsibilities:
Manage the finance function for 2 entities in the UK and Ireland Manage a team locally and oversee a shared service centre Travel to Ireland twice a month to manage the shared service centre Report to the Group Financial Controller with the performance of 2 entities Business partner with non-financial people to integrate into company budgets Oversee a team responsible for consolidation, reporting, bank recs and cash flow forecasting Sole ownership of the budgets and forecasts and must update based on previous results Work on the P&L accounts and the balance sheet System administration of Netsuite Experience and attributes This a fantastic opportunity to get exposure with a growing private equity backed hospitality company.
