My client are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their busy team. You will drive change and streamline processes in order to save time and money. You will manage a team of 6 transactional staff and ensure the smooth running of the department. Key responsibilities include: Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team ensuring all personnel work to procedures and work instructions To ensure all staff are communicated with, motivated, and trained effectively Preparation of monthly management account pack, weekly cash flows, forecasting and annual budgets to the defined time-scales Undertaking and managing the Balance Sheet reconciliation process Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports A competitive salary, on-site parking and benefits package are on offer, as well as a clear progression path as the business continues to grow.
