The Team You'll be part of a team of 18 people across 6 different countries, reporting into the Finance Manager based in Weybridge. What you'll do
• You will be responsible for the pricing process including creation, maintenance and issuing of pricing letters. You will manage Customer master data process in entities within the hub, issue credit and debit notes to and resolve accounting issues with customers. You'll be responsible for recording volume, revenue and Cost of Goods Sold.
• You'll create Purchase Requisitions and Goods Receipts for non-marketing transactions and provide back-up support to the Marketing team for the same process. You will also resolve accounting issues with vendors.
• You'll support the Finance Manager with overseeing transactions in compliance with the company and operating business Policy and Procedures. You will support the Financial Controller with all requests and compliance checks.
• You'll be responsible for the financial accuracy of P&L. Ensuring financial data integrity in market financial planning system and managing month-end closing and Interco billings.
• You'll support planning exercises; Latest Estimation (LE), Annual & Strategic Plan and the actual review, planning, data input, analysis and reporting of Opex and other P&L lines. You will also be responsible for the financial analysis and reporting of assigned markets.
• You'll provide financial information and analysis to support the ASM. The skills you'll need
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Finance system support or advanced user experience
• Degree in Finance / Accounting and / or relevant business experience
• Experience of Financial Planning & Analysis and Accounting
• Excellent working knowledge of Windows particularly Excel
• Proven experience of working cross functionally
• An aptitude for problem solving
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritising and handling multiple tasks, whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and a positive 'can do' attitude
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
