A chance to join a large business as a credit controller and work closely with the credit manager in collections and allocations over 800 accounts. The business are looking for an experienced individual that is looking for a chance to take on more responsibility as they grow into the role and company. With customers across the world the ideal candidate will have experience of dealing with accounts with multiple currencies. The role does offer hours that are either 8am - 5pm or 9am to 6pm. The business offer an open plan office environment with ample parking on the outskirts of Hemel and have a chance develop and grow in your responsibilities as a credit controller. Duties: Collections across 800 live accounts Setting credit limits, chasing outstanding debts, allocation of cash, reconcile accounts Check all payments are allocated correctly Checking credit reports on key accounts regularly Resolve customer queries Produce reports - DSO, outstanding debt - aged debt reports Person spec: Collections experience Reconciliation experience Working knowledge of Excel Team player but also able to work independently
