Proactive Personnel Ltd are currently recruiting for our client based in the Redditch area. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, dynamic employer in the area in what is a challenging and rewarding role. You will be responsible for managing all elements of the clients' finances and accounting procedures. Preparing monthly accounts and presentation packs to the board of directors, agree monthly GP with board, monitor and report to board on variations and changes, maintain fixed asset registers, monitor Capex spending and complete all associated duties. You will also be responsible for completing year end audits in liaison with auditor, balance year end control accounts, corporation tax and returns. There will also be elements of treasury management; record and banking of cheques, monthly reconcliation of all bank accounts, monitor and ensure adequate funding of main account, arrange financing if required. Managing and supervision of all payroll and pension schemes, preparing and filing GB VAT returns, preparing annual budgets and prepare occasional reforecasts. C.I.M.A qualifications would be advantageous for this particular role. You will be reporting directly to the Board of Directors. £45,000 - £52,000 (NEG commensurate with experience)
