Finance Manager. Durham, North East (Flexible location). My client is a very reputable healthcare provider looking for a talented Finance Manager to cover their Northern region. You will be a CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified finance professional, with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment with a large number of separate sites. This is a challenging, broad ranging position, with responsibilities including, amongst others: -Involvement and management of a wide range of projects, e.g. financial system rollouts -Working with key business stakeholders on new business development opportunities and expansion/development of existing services -Reviewing and providing recommendations for financial performance improvements -Providing guidance and support across a wide range of locations and functions in terms of financial best practice, and development of policies & procedures -Working with the SMT to develop business plans & drive improvements The position has come about due to internal promotion, demonstrating the company's commitment to personal development and the availability of career development opportunities.
