International FP&A, Central London - FTSE 100 Business, up to £50,000 A new FP&A opportunity has come about in a well-established FTSE 100 business. This company is looking for a bright and ambitious individual who is looking for a role where they can progress and develop. Candidates must have experience with analysis, working with large data sets in particular, and want to work in a fast-paced environment. The role reports directly into the FP&A Manager and sits within a smaller team for a particular division of the business. Key

Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering the planning, budgeting and forecasting process ensuring business compliance. Provision of regular, quantitative analysis and insight to drive the performance agenda, in collaboration with FP&A Manager and Commercial Finance Business Partner. Provision of qualitative, initiative-based analysis to create insight for performance management and support key decision making. Review and validation of financial performance metrics and MI to ensure accuracy and completeness Responsible for collaborative working with Finance Teams and knowledge management team (central data provision) to ensure efficient co-ordination of reporting and that analysis produced delivers business value. Drives continuous process improvements, promoting best practice and driving automation of activities. Support the integration of existing Commercial functions into standard business practices of Business Unit Assist the Commercial Finance business partner with adhoc tasks focussed on strategic and operational performance management Ensure proper financial control processes are in place to satisfy best practice Key Skills & Qualifications: Qualified/Part Qualified Finalist Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) A strong team focus, able to contribute effectively in a collaborative working environment Good understanding of performance management and financial control processes Determination and self-motivation to solve complex business challenges and proactively provide meaningful insight Strong business modelling and analytical skills, with ability to accurately understand and cross-reference multiple data sets Strong knowledge of finance systems such as Qlikview and Business Warehouse (BW) preferable. Understands the business drivers and the environment in which it operates and applies this to deliver value Background in revenue analysis preferable Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
