Who you will be reporting to You will be reporting to the accounts manager, Susan Berhardt. Your day to day role To process the company's expenses in line with company policy & legislative requirements and all other purchase ledger related duties required by manager. Audit, checking & coding expenses in line with company policy Inputting high volumes of expenses to purchase ledger system Dealing with expense discrepancies and employee queries Using Excel spreadsheets for logging offenders not following policy Opening and distributing post Filing & Any Other Ad hock Duties as required What you can expect from us This is an opportunity to further your career within an administrative function in an accounts department. What you will need This role is ideal if you have already have work experience within administration and/or Purchase Ledger function. Ideally, you will have gained this experience within a fast-paced industry.
