My well established client is currently looking for a Finance Executive / Accountant to join their team on a temporary to permanent contract. This is an exciting and varied role which will suit someone who has experience of management / financial accounting, reconciliations, SAGE experience, and who is also a good Excel User. Working Hours: 09:00am - 5:00pm Duties include:- Assist in preparation, monitoring and reporting of financial budgets. Assist in the preparation of management accounts, financial statements and financial reports as required. Assist in the preparation of the annual income and expenditure account, the balance sheet, and the cash flow statement each year in connection with the annual audit of the accounts. Maintain accurate records of finance records and financial statements for the prescribed period. Generate inter departmental reports to assist in strategic planning. Reconciliation of outstanding accounts, reporting to senior management on a regular basis. Reconcile the daily income received. Process and reconcile PDQ transactions.Reconcile Netbanx Income (online payments. Produce daily banking summary reports. Maintenance of Cash Books. Check the VISA and ACCESS accounts, ensuring that expenditure from these accounts is recorded and that the amounts of expenditure are reconciled with official receipts. Assist in the checking of invoices for goods, materials and services provided for the Association and arranging for payment as appropriate. Assist in maintaining Sage 200c records liaising with managers to keep financial records up to date. Update purchase orders and payments. Update purchase orders and payments.
