Working for a recently established, well capitalised, innovative and dynamic business, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FP&A Manager. Working as part of a Corporate Team, under the leadership of the Chief Financial Officer, this individual will participate in overall business planning and forecasting, working closely with senior management to increase the company's efficiency and profitability by assisting with the formulation of both the medium and long-term financial plan. You will have a proven track record of delivering business management information in an automated and digital format to allow thoughtful strategic input. Responsibilites: Management of Project Accountant Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting packs: Formal Board Reports Weekly Shareholder Reports Operational and Financial KPI's - Weekly and Monthly Ad-hoc reporting requests Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors Analysing financial and operational results to better understand company performance Utilising BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance Work with the leadership team and respective departments to build annual budgets and re-forecasts Lead on product costing, including labour and material and develop reporting methods to compare actual output to standard costings Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions Commercial Reporting on Gross Margin ie. per module/house/development Financial analysis of delivery and installation costs by module, house and/or scheme Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations Experience Requred: Minimum 5 Years PQE in a Manufacturing Industry ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualfiied Significant analytical skillset, including the utilisation of BI and reporting tools Able to solve complex problems Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships Strong influencing and interpersonal skills High level of commercial acumen Advanced computer software skills and common office products such as the Microsoft Office suite and email, including SharePoint, Dynamics and Excel Advanced computer software skills, including writing macros in Excel and other accounting packages, with a strong understanding of common office products such as the Microsoft Office suite and email, including SharePoint Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central Desirable
