To oversee all aspects of finance processing to management accounts in a small office environment. To manage purchase, sales ledger & payroll, working capital, management & statutory accounts. Key
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all financial administration. Complete management and statutory accounts. Purchase and sales ledger processing Manage purchase and sales ledgers. To complete monthly payroll to tight deadlines. Produce invoices. HMRC reporting. Credit reporting. Qualifications: Be AAT qualified or hold a equivalent qualification Fluent in English (written and verbal) 2 years experience in Payroll and Management Accounts Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A pro-active team player Able to work under a minimum supervision within a fast paced environment Fully computer literate, with at least intermediate working knowledge of Excel and Word packages Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to handle all internal and external correspondence in a professional manner Seeking someone who is immediately available or on 1 weeks notice.
