Position DescriptionThis is a unique opportunity to be involved in our business at a time of major transformation, due to the integration of the LV and L&G businesses.An exciting opportunity is available to join the Finance Business Partnering Team working as a Finance Analyst. This is a brand new role for the team and will report into Finance Business Partnering Manager for Operations. The role will evolve over time with the primary focus to support the financials associated with the service provided from Allianz UK to LV GIG. The initial responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Supporting the annual planning process to set the MSA charge and ensure alignment between LV GIG and Allianz UK plansResponsible for supporting clear change control on both an annual and ad hoc basis as requiredFinancial reporting and analysis on services required as appropriateOngoing monitoring and reporting of the service charge vs actual cost incurred to ensure material alignmentResponsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing and any query resolutionSpecific support as required in relation to Allianz Technology billing queriesSkills & ExperienceTo be a success in this role, you be part qualified CIMA/ACCA as well as the following:
• Previous recent experience in a similar role
• Experience in providing support to business management teams
• Highly numerate with strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Intermediate/Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
• Proven ability to meet tight time-scales & deadlines
• Experience in managing expense budgets and Insurance Accounting (desirable)
