You'll be an expert in capital investment and will work closely with our Development and Corporate Services teams to provide budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and other relevant financial information. If you thrive in the business planning process, can help reveal the insights underneath the figures and want to build on your treasury background in a growing company look no further. You'll have excellent Excel skills, painstaking attention to detail and have the ability to prioritise your work, whilst possessing a positive, proactive can-do attitude. You'll be encouraged to think and work innovatively at Coastal and will gain exposure to approaches like systems thinking as well as experience of working in a social housing environment. You'll also be supported with training in relation to professional development qualifications and accreditation. Stage 1 telephone interviews will be held on Monday 28th October those successful at Stage 1 will progress to Stage 2 interviews which will be held on Monday 4th Novoember 2019.
