Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

Central London Package: Up to £65,000 package A top 15 international accountancy practice based in Central London that offer clients a high level of partner involvement, together with the combined knowledge and experience of an established, close-knit team are looking to add a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager into their well established and highly successful Corporate Tax team. This role would suit an experienced Corporate Tax Manager from a mid tier practice or a fully qualified senior from one of the cities Top 10 firms who are looking for the their first step into management. Responsibilities for this role include: Manage a portfolio of clients, providing compliance and consultancy advice Liaising with clients and colleagues Handling client queries Manage and assist more junior members of the team Reviewing and completing corporation tax returns for clients Calculating tax provisions in client's accounts - this will involve working closely with the audit divisions Liaison with client Partners and audit staff on corporate tax matters Assisting Partners and colleagues with special projects Requirements for this role include: At least 3 years corporation tax experience and a suitable professional qualification, preferably CTA (or equivalent) Completes work to a high standard of accuracy Able to cope with the pressure of high and varying workloads Able to communicate effectively and keep others informed Work to deadlines Ability to spot new business If you are interested in this position please apply directly or form more information please call Matthew Barber on
