Finance Assistant Due to recent success our client is currently recruiting for a finance assistant to be integral part of the financial team. The Role:
• Input data accurately and timely ensuring deadlines are met
• Accounts Payable/Account Receivable support
• Invoicing
• Data entry onto the accounting system and working with Excel spreadsheets
• Managing expenses
• Supporting the Finance Manager with month ends
• Any other ad hoc finance responsibilities with a possibility of getting involved in a full spectrum of accounting duties The Candidate: Previous experience of working in a finance department
• High accuracy and attention to detail while multitasking
• Able to priorities you own schedule of work and show good organization skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, individually and as part of a team.
• Identify faults within products and services and identify methods to remedy
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Confident decision maker and proactive in approach to continuous improvement.
• Good data analysis skills.
• Good communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Good level of computer literacy - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
