About Arcus FM Arcus is a growing Facilities Management company with a passion and focus for Learning & Development. We are proud to be a Joint Venture Partnership with Sainsbury's and to be the sole provider of FM Managing Agent Services to their Retail Estate. The Role We are currently looking for a methodical and diligent Analyst to join our Payments team based in our head office in Upminster, Essex. The primary purpose of the role is to review electronically submitted invoices on our database (Verisae) to ensure that correct costs are being submitted by contractors, and that they are following the correct process as per their individual contracts. Other accountabilities include: To identify and record cost savings that occur as a result of invoice rejections To provide support and guidance to contractors ensuring that best practice is being maintained To liaise with managers, contract managers and other colleagues within Arcus to resolve queries Provide contractors with a detailed breakdown of all work orders that have been approved at the end of each period To assist the Contract Payments Administrator as required to process flat file payments on behalf of Sainsbury's Proactively undertake analysis of invoices submitted to identify trends, risks and opportunities and then specify MI reports to help check invoices This is a permanent role that will involve working 40hrs per week from Monday to Friday.
