HR Business Partner
Salary:
£38,000 - £43,000 Our client, an international business with offices in Egham are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their team. This is a generalist role involving all aspects of HR, including employee relations, the understanding of reward management and employee development while providing comprehensive HR support to managers. Key
Responsibilities:
Assist managers with basic employee relation issues and provide coaching where relevant. Lead investigations as required and provide recommendations to ensure that appropriate corrective action takes place and customer is kept informed Answer questions from employees about employment procedures and policies, benefits and other HR-related topics Provide advice and guidance to all employees requiring assistance on queries (for example maternity, paternity etc.) Provide administration support on internal employee transfers and country transfers Support the day-to-day HR administration and on HR initiatives and programs Lead recruitment for all roles within region Conduct exit interviews & analyse feedback on a quarterly basis Assist with the administration of HR policies Assist with processing monthly payroll Monitor both short and long-term sickness Assist with ongoing general filing to ensure alignment & compliance with GDPR regulations Organise training for all departments, in conjunction with the business requirements & budget What We're Looking For: Ability to work with limited supervision, to make decisions, be resilient, work on own initiative and as part of a team Ability to demonstrate strong IT skills, including the use of in-house databases and the Microsoft Office applications Strong communication skills, organization, multitasking and time management Highly motivated and results oriented Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a wide range of people Knowledge of Human Resources policies and employment law Can Do Attitude - does what is required to succeed Possess confidentiality of sensitive data, tactful, diplomatic and hard working Excellent Company Benefits, Private Medical, Pension, Gym Allowance, 25 Days Holiday Bank Holidays Huntress Search Ltd does not discriminate on the grounds of 'protected characteristics' as defined under the Equality Act and other relevant UK legislation.
