We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for this reputable and well established business based on the Team Valley. The Role As a Purchase Ledger/ Accounts Assistant you will report to the Company Accountant and be responsible for: Purchase Ledger - Inputting and processing purchase invoices - Coding and validating invoices to delivery notes and agreed pricing - Supplier statement reconciliations. - Dealing with supplier queries and raising credits where required - Purchasing and ordering, keeping purchase order log - Office Administrative Duties Accounts Assistant - Budget Management and Analysis - Tender Support to Commercial Director - Prepare Weekly KPI Analysis - Assisting with payroll - Manage Accounts Emails Mailbox The Ideal Experience You'll have significant experience in a similar role and be AAT qualified or qualified by experience. You will have good Excel Skills and know how to use Sage Line 50. You will be able to demonstrate strong organisation skills, great attention to detail and good systems knowledge. Are you enthusiastic, positive and outgoing individual who wants to join a growing business? You'll possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to work well both as part of a team and independently with a flexible approach. Office hours Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17:00 Holidays: 24 days plus 8 bank holidays
