Accounts Manager I am currently recruiting on behalf on a large accountancy practice based in Reading, who are part of an international firm. They are over 100 employees in size in Reading, and work with FTSE 250 clients, as well as smaller firms, specialised primarily within finance. They are looking for Manager/Team Leaders to join their team, and are able to offer progression to Senior Manager and Director roles in the future. This role would also involve assisting and mentoring trainees, as well as helping Directors to manage client portfolios. Their clients are large and diverse, and this role could also involve international travel. They are looking for candidates who have experience within accountancy practice, as well as experience within accounts preparation, VAT and Management accounts. Salary is negotiable, but could be up to £65,000 depending on experience.
