Job Description:You will be a subject matter expert in capital regulations in the European Union with a detailed understanding of advanced capital models such as IMM and IMA.Responsibilities-Support EU IMM Programme, including driving the delivery of the EU IMM program and managing the integration of IMM into BAU activities, for example Pillar 3 and ICAAPProvide prudential regulatory technical advice through verbal and written responses, this will include interpretations, rules based guidance and trade adviceProvide technical leadership on the evolving regulatory landscape, to drive a common understanding of where and why proposed regulations will impact the capital requirementsA good understanding of the relevant capital regulations for the jurisdictions where BAC has branches or subsidiaries, with specific focus on CRR2 and CRR3Supporting overall capital management initiatives as scoped within International or from the US, this includes capital optimisation programmes and International regulatory strategyPartner closely with the regulatory reporting, compliance, 2nd/3rd line oversight teams and risk teams globally to support enterprise objectives and / or legal entity strategyCore skills-Excellent general project management skillsWritten and verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to develop effective presentations and reports in PowerPointAbility to produce reports using word and be comfortable performing calculations and aggregate data using ExcelThe ability to escalate in a timely manner and ensure adequate resolution of issuesA good understanding and practical application of CRR rules and future regulatory changes (CRR2/CRDV,Basel) and oversight of supervisory governance approaches in EMEA preferredUnderstanding and application of advanced methodologies, IMM, IRB and IMAUnderstanding of market risk, credit risk, operational riskWe offer a competitive Salary and Benefits package.Learn more about our benefits here.Good conduct and sound judgment is crucial to our long term success.
