Finance Analyst / Controller £26-30k salary Based - Brentford, Middx TW8 Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm Immediate start BA / MA in Finance required Advanced Excel essential Role: A graduate with a minimum of 1 years' experience as a Financial Controller or Finance analyst who is looking for their next step, or a change of environment. Duties: Produce, analyse and report, periodic dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly...) on specific and designated business areas Participate in devising the tools of tomorrow to guide our growth Provide support to the different departments in providing, understanding, analysing and improving the KPIs which enables business growth CAPEX control and follow up Responsible for the monthly closing, including creating & posting journals, consolidation date from all the departments and checking cost allocation and accuracy P&Ls reconciliation and analysis to ensure the right direction of the business according to benchmarks and budget Support the Head of Controlling in the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting Support the Head of Controlling in forecasting and budgeting processes Skills: Proven experience within a Financial Control or Finance Analyst position BA or MA in Finance Previous experience in a service-oriented. company would be a plus High level of excel is a must (pivot tables, advanced formulation, etc.) Strong analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Ability to work under pressure Ability to be flexible Willing to go an extra mile Navision proficiency would be a plus Oracle proficiency would be a plusBenefits: Private Health Care Perk Box discounts Pension Scheme Excellent Career opportunities 20 days holiday increasing to 22, after a year's service Onsite parking Free lunches on Fridays Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
