These accounts are going to be some of the biggest high street retailers in the UK, so they're pretty substantial and need someone with a little extra something. You'll know how this works - you've already got some experience working in a busy finance department. In an ideal world, you'll already be part AAT qualified or part qualified. You'll get a company full of people who are in it together, and love what they do - not people who just turn up, do their job, put on a fake smile and head home. You don't get a 50% increase in headcount in less than 12 months without people sticking around. You're going to start on between £19,000 - £21,000, which you may end up spending a chunk on the companies' products thanks to their hefty staff discount.
