We have an exciting new opportunity, which has arisen to join a leading manufacturing company as a Senior Financial Accountant on a permanent basis. The role is responsible for monthly reporting, consolidation and other finance matters. The role of the Senior Financial Accountant will be as follows: Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations Operate effective oversight of financial processes and controls Consolidation of financial reporting Prepare monthly reporting packs, budgets and ad hoc information Manage the accounting function Cash flow forecasting Ensure that internal controls are robust and reviewed regularly Prepare financial statements for the statutory audit Assist with implementation of new accounting standards Manage the preparation of monthly and annual KPI reporting for management Essential Attributes: Qualified accountant Good experience with IFRS, 15/16 desirable Ability to work closely with senior management Excellent attention to detail First class communication skills Proficient in excel
