THE COMPANY: A leading charity based in Chesterfield are looking for an exceptional Management Accountant to join an existing team and work closely with the Finance Director. THE JOB: You will provide efficient and insightful management reporting and improve or implement financial processes to support the smooth running of the organisation. This role will work closely with the Finance Director to ensure that key financial information is reported accurately and in a timely manner to ensure that a framework of assurance is provided to the Board and other stakeholders. You will lead the existing finance team and report directly to the Finance Director and will deputise when the Finance Director is absent. The role will also lead on Management accounts Business Performance Management Process Management Charity reporting/Restrictions and compliance Continuous Improvement and Customer service THE PERSON: This is a great all round finance role and will suit an ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant who is looking for a role that they can develop and add value to an outstanding cause. You will need strong technical skills and have advanced excel skills and ideally have experience of managing change. This role will have exposure to all areas of the organisation, therefore you will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a can do attitude.
