£20,000 Working Hours: Flexible over 4 days We have a brilliant opportunity working for our client, they are leaders in their field specialising in compliance and facility services. They are looking for a new addition to their HR team that will support them primarily in the running an efficient payroll service. You will also be an administrative support for the HR team. Key Responsibilities Processing monthly payroll Monitoring staff changes such as; starters, leavers, salary changes etc Keeping accurate records of sickness, maternity, paternity and adoption leave both statutory and occupational, calculating pay accordingly Dealing with HMRC correspondence and processing HMRC forms such as; P45, P46 etc Completing year end and distributing P60's Managing auto enrolment requirements Maintaining accurate records of payroll data Collating journals for finance team Managing attachment orders and arranging payments Assisting with HR duties as required Ensuring legislative requirements are met in terms of coordinating the payroll function Key skills Knowledge of pensions Experience using Sage 50 Experience analysing financial data Excellent communication skills Ability to listen and react to staff needs in an understanding way Strong IT skills Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
