Alexander Lloyd are partnered with a global organisation in Haywards Heath and who are due to growth looking for an immediately available Finance Assistant to join their treasury team on a rolling temporary contract. Due to a new system implementation and an increase in work flow we a are looking for someone to take ownership of the following:
• Processing and managing administrations of multiple bank accounts
• Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts across multi currency accounts
• Processing payment requests and dealing with payment queries
• Adjustments to client ledgers
• Identifying and improving processes throughout This could be a fantastic stepping stone to gather extensive experience working with multiple bank accounts.
