Located between Boston and Grantham, an exciting opportunity has come up to join a small office-based team as a Trainee Sales & Purchase Ledger Clerk / Office Junior. Working for a national growing co-operative this company grow fresh produce on a Nationwide basis for our supermarkets. Think Strawberries, blueberries and asparagus... An entry level position this is a great start for a career in Accounting and Administration, this would suit someone working towards level 2 AAT or NVQ level 3. Monday to Friday position, 9-5 (although there is some flexibility), they offer free parking on site. Working as part of a small team, your role will be; Ensuring the purchase ledger is up to date and accurate Maintaining aged debtors report Ensuring invoices are up to date Filing and photocopying General office admin You will be able to demonstrate; Strong analytical & numerical skills and attention to detail Strong IT skills, particularly Excel A good telephone manner and communication skills to both internal and external clients If you are well organised with a head for numbers this could be your first step onto the career ladder. Full clean driving license with own transport is essential due to the location and you will be required to visit the growers on site. To apply please email your CV in Word format
