With a direct line into the Finance Manager, this role will include the following duties: Month end close process to include accruals and foreign exchange revaluations Allocation of cash payments Preparation of monthly reporting packs Balance sheet reconciliations Intercompany billing Purchase ledger; coding of invoices, reconciling supplier accounts The role is an interactive one which will call upon your strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will have close working relationships with the rest of the Group Finance team and will have the opportunity to develop your analytical skills. It is essential that you are currently studying towards the AAT qualification. You will also need to have an understanding of Accounts Payable, general ledger accounting and reconciliations, and be able to back this knowledge up with some practical experience. Strong analytical skills will stand you in good stead for this role as will strong IT skills, specifically around MS Excel.
