Potential candidates should have a broad range of experience in senior management roles across similar functions, possibly including general management, with a track record of helping SME businesses growth both organically and via integrating acquisitions. Construction industry experience is a distinct advantage, or alternatively you will have worked within industrial distribution. This is a fast paced, empowering environment, with private equity backing. Again experience in a similar environment is a massive advantage.
