Churchill Howard are currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Analyst for a high profile market leading business in Worcestershire. This finance analyst will influence and challenge operational stakeholders and provide detailed financial insight in order to improve company performance and help to promote a process improvement culture. Daily responsibilities will include producing review packs, doing periodic budgeting, forecasting and variance and analysis, including KPI and profitability analysis for different projects and areas of the business. The KPI analysis, while used to demonstrate how effectively the business is achieving key business objectives, will be used to pro-actively drive change, with the Finance Analyst business partnering with various key stakeholders to strengthen the competitive advantage of the business. The successful Finance Analyst will be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and analytical skills. They will be highly credible in person with the personality to effectively engage, challenge and support financial and non-financial stakeholders at all levels.
