Job Details
This role will be based in the payroll team as an admin team member. Fantastic security and team environment, the vacancy actually occurring due to the previous roles occupant retiring. The employer is in need of a candidate with two years experience in payroll, operating in a company with 500+ staff. Knowledge developed in conjunction with working on a time and attendance monitoring system would be ideal.

Description
Inputting Starter and Leaver details
Resolving payroll related queries
Processing payrolls from start to finish
Processing salary sacrifice of Child Care Vouchers and Bike to Work Scheme
Processing of, SMP,SSP, SAP, Court Orders along with other statutory payments/deductions
Processing P45's Starter declarations, P60'S
Importing and exporting payroll data
Manual calculations
Out of payroll payment advances
RTI and Auto Enrolment
Reviewing and reconciling the payroll to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time
Maintaining accurate information to ensure debts, advances and other deductions and payments are correctly processed and managed
Working with key stakeholders to review payrolls and maintain high standards of communication
Maintaining Time and attendance systems
Profile
Ability to deliver to tight deadlines
Experience creating payroll admin from a time and attendance system
2 years experience, having worked in a company of 500+ employees (pref)
- Good attention to detail and the ability to handle a large workload
