Description

  • Preparing for invoicing on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Sending out first reminder instructions
  • Reviewing records for final reminders due
  • Sending out final reminder instructions
  • Raising and billing all fees
  • ability to create payment plans and reduce outstanding and bad debtor building and account management with key clients
  • Set-up new client accounts, maintain customer ledger
  • Generate and maintain a client contact database
  • Create and action aged debtor reports
  • Ensuring that all instructions from Head of Credit control are undertaken

Profile

  • Prior business to business collections
  • Rapport building and account management for company's key clients
  • Invoice query and account issue resolution
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
