Accounts Payable Clerk

Our client is a corporate, well established organisation based in Brighton.
- Input of customer information into the finance system
- Taking debit and credit card payments
- Input cheque payments onto customer accounts
- Setting up customers onto direct debit
- Expenses - dealing with claims
- Purchase ledger
- Assist with billing analysis for corporate customers
- Customer refunds
- Fixed assets and depreciation
- Answering phone calls into the department and dealing with enquiries
- Assist with ad hoc finance tasks as required
- Assist with the implementation of new finance system and processes
This role would suit someone that is highly experienced with AP/SL and transactional finance tasks.
