The newly appointed German Speaking Management Accountant will assist the Financial Controller with the daily and monthly financial tasks for the German accounts.

Description

The key responsibilities of the German Speaking Management Accountant are:

• Processing of month end accounts

• Bring accounts to trial balance

• Preparation of monthly financial reporting packs

• Journal processing

• Reconciliation of purchase and Sales ledger

• Ad hoc reporting as and when requested

Profile

The German Speaking Management Accountant will need:

Qualifications -

• Must be part qualified accountant studying towards ACCA,CIMA or ACA or equivalent

Skills & Abilities -

• Strong administration skills

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• High attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal and customer facing skills

Knowledge & Experience -

• Previous experience of working in a busy finance department

• PLC experience preferred

• Proficient IT skills and an advanced user of Excel

Personal Attributes & Other Requirements -

• Team Player with ability to work autonomously

• Able to multi taks, prioritise and manage time effectively

• High level of confidentiality
• Multi lingual German / English

Job Offer

On offer for the successful German Speaking Management Accountant is a salary of between £28,000 and £32,000 depending on experience. There is also a great benefits package and parking onsite.
