A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a great company based in Windsor on a temporary part time basis. The company offers a fantastic working environment, this role will play a key part in assisting the UK and Export team with cash posting and allocation tasks.
Responsibilities:
Posting and allocating all cash receipts and obtaining debit notes if required. Issuing and reconciling promotional claims to Anaplan system. Producing Shipping reports to ensure all products shipped are invoiced accurately and matched with warehouse reports whilst being maintained in Excel Updating various Excel spread sheets for monitoring purposes, i.e. With Holding Tax. Archiving prior years documentation Sending customer statements and copy documents as required Assist with audit and sox documentation Helping with month end packs Assisting with Digital requirements Ad hoc admin duties as and when required Skills and Experience: Previous experience within an Accounts Receivable or finance role. Strong PC skills, including MS Excel and knowledge of JD Edwards. A proven ability of working within a busy and demanding team, whilst prioritizing key tasks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
