Resposibility Areas: Sales order processing and invoicing Coordination with sales staff regarding overflow of customers Updating the sales staff regarding the overflow of the customers they are dealing with Checking the sign accounts, delivery notes of all customers weekly Checking the cash sheet for the payments received, updating the overdue and outstanding accordingly Keeping track of the local sales staff in Europe, making sure the cash if collected reaches office safely, and confirming from the cashier all the cash has been given to Securicor Ensuring all staff follows the cash collection procedure Preparing the daily usage report Releasing the customer orders, activating them and ensuring it reaches the customer on time Checking the bank transfers, check clearance and general banking Reconciliation of personalized card top ups Regular Meetings with: Credit Control Manager Knowledge, Education, Expereience and Key Competencies: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A "can do" approach and positive attitude is an absolute must for this role as is the ability to handle stress and priorities workload Willing to learn and strong desire to achieve Self-Motivated and should be able to work with minimum supervision and provide daily, weekly task and progress report Dedication and passion for work Must be able to prove honestly and loyalty to the organisation Should be able to keep confidential matters confidential Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Excellent negotiation skills Good IT skills at an intermediate level (Ms-Word, Ms-Excel etc.) Excellent telephone manners Extensive Numeracy Skills is a must Background in Accounting and/or Finance desirable
