Job Description This is your chance to build a real career for yourself while working towards becoming a fully competent Client Services Assistant by joining our UK Global Risk Solutions Client Services Team in Chelmsford. You will be joining a well-established Global team which offers diversity across many commercial lines of business. These include; Marine, Casualty, ProFin, Property, Real Estate and Engineering. This role involves handling commercial programmes, your day to day responsibilities will include policy administration, processing, and supporting allocated cases to achieve business development and retention targets. You will use your good communication skills to work closely with other elements of client services and the trading team to deliver unprecedented service. You will be able to build a strong tripartite relationship between Brokers, Customers and RSA which is fundamental in ensuring that we provide brilliant service. Role Requirements The role requires a good grasp of English as well as basic arithmetic skills combined with an outgoing personality to work with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities Using established best practice processes through our Producing and Servicing expertise to provide consistently high standards in everything we do Co-ordinating commercial programmes, developing your knowledge of local compliance and regulations Communicating and sharing information with colleagues, brokers and other interested parties Handling cases with the view to escalating to the required licence holder and supporting them to ensure they are handled appropriately Managing and resolving complaints within own licence level in an appropriate fashion to maintain quality and continuity of relationships Managing customer expectations and delivering excellent service Building good relationships to support the end to end delivery of the customer proposition Take personal accountability for active problem solving Proactively contribute to continuous improvement Contribute as a subject matter expert to projects as required Being aware of and adhering to our regulatory framework at all time The Individual Good academics (A-levels or equivalent) Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate and build relationships Strong organisational skills Mathematical and analytical skills Consistently achieving agreed goals and objectives Customer service experience in financial services industry or other service industry e.g. retail About Us We may be old, but we're not old fashioned.
