Hours: 8.30am -5.30pm, Monday to Friday Holiday: 25 days, increasing to 30 with service. Summary: Our expanding finance team is looking for an Accountant to help with the preparation of various financial documents. The ideal candidate's experience will include: account reconciliation, accounts payable, processing cheques, generating reports and ordering supplies. We're looking for a candidate who is looking to progress in their accounting studies, has strong attention to detail and an understanding of accounting principles. Key

Responsibilities:

• Matching invoices to purchase orders
• Checking and logging purchase invoices
• Raising payments and processing
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Employee expenses
• Assistance with general company administration, booking hotels and accommodation.
• Liaising with team members
• Bank reconciliations
• Chasing outstanding payments and raising credits
• Handling customer payments and queries
• Processing new client accounts and credit checks Key Requirements:
• IT literate with Microsoft Excel experience and Sage Line 50
• You will have both excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You will be a positive, pro-active and personable individual who will fit in well with this dynamic small team of individuals.
• You will be self-motivated and able to meet deadlines without direct, daily supervision.
• You will have excellent attention to detail, numerate and take pride in your work.
