We will achieve all financial duties and maintain good governance arrangements in order to safeguard Trust assets and we adopt best practice with Finance Staff Development so as to be the employer of first choice.Our Clinical Management Structure is designed to meet the current challenges, provide a framework for successful delivery and ensure our patients have access to the best services but needs the support of effective financial management information and commercial advice.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner. This is a unique opportunity to work with clinicians and service managers as a strategic business partner to the Directorates. There are 21 service lines within the Directorates. This will facilitate a proactive service that enables the Service Line to make timely, informed decisions. Consequentially, the post holder will be responsible for the development, and retention, of a world-class financial reporting team with a strong track record.This post will provide an excellent opportunity to develop skills outside those of traditional management accounting. This will ensure the delivery of a proactive, forward facing service that utilizes both financial and non-financial information to aid in the development of a business focus.Applicants must be fully CCAB qualified with proven post qualification experience of working at a senior finance level within the NHS. Leadership, organizational and negotiation skills are essential. You will have excellent technical skills and a proven track record in management.
