Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with one of Sussex's leading Insurance organisations. Due to significant growth over the past 12 months, they are looking to expand their FP&A function by adding a FP&A Analyst on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity join a dynamic, forward-thinking & progressive company based in the heart of Brighton. The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or finalist) with high level analytical skills, excellent excel ability & experience with costing. Key

responsibilities:
Manage the monthly expense process and provide astute interpretation including variance analysis Convey robust and insightful MI to the cost centre managers Produce the required budget and forecast for the expense base whilst liaising with the FP&A Manager Ad hoc assistance to the Senior FP&A Manager with a strong focus on strategic development Personal attributes/experience: Previous stakeholder management & business partnering experience High level communication skills with all levels with in business Pro-active attitude & team player Strong presentation skills/experience Please quote 45638 when calling Alexander Lloyd.
