Pensions Team Leader - E14 Pay: £24.62ph umbrella Hours: 35 hour week Duration: 6 month possible extension Sector: Public Scope: Inside IR-35 My local authority client is looking for someone with experience carrying out the following: Responsible for GMP reconciliations and resulting queries. Responsible for calculating and producing Annual Allowance and Life Time Allowance statements. Verify and check calculations, recordings and notifications of all pensions related benefits including refunds, transfers, preserved benefits. Run pensions payroll on resource link and Altair. Check accuracy of the preparation, processing and payments of LGPS pension benefits to scheme members. Assist the Pension and Investment manager with the implementation of new strategies and regulatory changes. Responsible for setting up new employers on I-Connect. Updating of deferred member records. Responsible for preparing all HMRC returns in respect of pensions. Working knowledge of I-Connect, Altair Heywood, Resource link and Agresso Experience: Local Authority experience Pensions Team Leading experience Relevant qualification
