The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment within a performance driven environment. The role will suit a hands-on individual with previous credit control experience including dealing with debt collection, billing and resolution of disputes. This role has the following

responsibilities:
Reduce aged debt through pro-active collection techniques Responsibility of a growing sales ledger across multiple currencies and locations Full ledger coverage of 75 Accounts Manage relationship with third party Invoice discounter and provide relevant reporting Oversee new account set up and validation. Obtain current information on all accounts and record information as required. Ensure unmatched cash and credit notes are correctly identified and allocated. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Manage queries to resolution through investigation, reconciliation and escalation. Creation of required debt reports. Recommend bad debt write offs and create bad debt provisions. Maintain mailboxes and ensure all documentation is filed correctly. Assist in the implementation of a new improved credit control module and related new procedures Person Specification Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority. Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks. Confident and assertive where required. Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met. Team player. Ability and willingness to cope with and manage a varied and extensive workload. Previous experience of Microsoft Dynamics is desirable. Skills Required Experience of working in B2B sales driven environment with multiple revenue streams. Experience collecting from domestic, foreign and corporate global companies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. At least 3 years' experience working within a credit control function. Solid understanding of credit control procedures and techniques. Intermediate Excel skills. Proven ability to work within a performance driven environment.
