You're looking for a role that is solely focused on commercial finance, but are concerned that most of these opportunities fall within large finance teams where you sometimes feel you're not getting the exposure you want. This role is different... You'll still be working for a huge, global business but their finance function is broken down in to smaller divisions. The finance team in Nottingham consists of 10 individuals, who support the project and tech teams to help them growth their business. You'll help them understand the drivers that have an impact on overall financial performance. All of the financial and management accounting is done by a different team in the business; you'll be the go-to person to provide key insights for strategic decision making. THE ROLE Build relationships with project and tech teams to get an understanding for their management information requirements Understand the drivers that have an impact on project profitability and support with decision making Provide financial analysis and insights to support the leadership team Budgeting, forecasting and revenue recognition Work with the leadership team to assess project performance YOUR EXPERIENCE CIMA / ACA / ACCA Qualified Proven experience of working in a commercial finance role, ideally in a complex business Distinct Recruitment Privacy Policy
