Sellick Partnership are recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a well-known manufacturing business in Nantwich on a full time, permanent basis. This role will suit a confident and ambitious Finance professional that is inspired by the opportunity to play a key role driving the Commercial Business Partnering function. They will be lead Business partner for Sales, helping to drive improvements in commercial performance through recommendations to the Sales teams. They will also provide the Sales team with timely and reliable insight, and to ensure the Commercial information reflects true performance and is aligned with financial results. Duties include: Establishment & Leadership of the Commercial Finance function Establish best practice across Commercial processes in Sales Prepare and review weekly & monthly sales and profitability performance Ensure sales reporting is robust & accurate, and reflects the true commercial performance Open Book models with strategic customers Product Costings & BOM's Forecasting & Budgeting Pricing Sales Overriders/Rebates - Manage the process of agreeing, recording and paying customer rebates Month end duties (working to Month End timetable, as managed by Finance Manager)The successful candidate will have the following: CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified - desired Strong IT experience Proven experience within a similar role Strong and effective communicator High levels of self-motivation, drive & commitmentIf you feel your experience matches this role's requirements please apply for immediate consideration.
