Recruiting on behalf of a Start-Up Bank focused on unsecured lending within the retail space, for an experienced senior risk professional to join the firm as their CRO. This is a key hire for the business as they go through the FCA approval process in preparation for the launch of the business. Ideally they are looking for a candidate with a cross discipline risk background, who has experience working at a senior level within retail banking. Key Responsibilities; Oversight of all risk policies and frameworks for the group Effectively manage the relationships with regulators to ensure a smooth launch for the business Ownership of ICAAP Be the key risk representative for ExCO meetings Key Skills; Cross discipline risk experience at senior levels Exposure to retail credit risk particularly beneficial Understanding of compliance
