Our client is an IT business based in Romford who require a new full time Bookkeeper . The role is to both assist the MD with and maintain the company's financial records in Sage. They are looking for a well-educated, well-spoken and well-presented person who is exceptionally well organised, proactive, and discrete and a problem solver. You will need to have excellent communication skills, be resourceful and be solution driven. Role Description As the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out the following duties included but not limited to: Analytical and administrative support Organization of meetings, negotiations, and participation in various activities; Document control and business processes Reconciliations within Sage 50. Management of our support contract renewals Credit Control Purchasing Manage supplier payment runs Project cost analysis Experience Required The ideal Candidate should have: Excellent communication skills Excel skills including formulas Good accounting experience Be diligent Show attention to detail Have the ability to deliver to tight deadlines Have a full or at the very least a part accounting qualification A minimum of 3 years' experience is required.
